Empowering Growth and Leadership at Polygon: Champions Camp 2025

At Polygon, we know that the success of our company lies in our people. Their dedication, curiosity and commitment to learning drive our progress and strengthen our culture across the globe. That’s why we continue to invest in opportunities that support growth and connection, one of which is our annual Champions Camp.

Held this year at Krusenberg Herrgård in Sweden, Champions Camp 2025 brought together a new group of colleagues from across Polygon’s countries for several days of reflection, learning and shared experience. The programme gives participants the opportunity to develop as leaders, exchange perspectives and strengthen the collaboration that defines our organisation.

A Global Programme for Growth

Leaders across Polygon’s countries nominate colleagues, people who live Polygon’s values every day and are recognised for their dedication and potential to grow.  Together, these participants form a diverse group of current and future leaders, representing a wide range of roles and experiences from across the business.

This year’s in-person Camp marks the start of an eight-month blended learning journey, combining the event with a series of digital classrooms running through to May 2026. These sessions continue to build knowledge, provide space for reflection, and encourage participants to apply their learnings in practice.

“Champions Camp gives our participants the chance to pause, reflect and strengthen their confidence as leaders. It’s a few days filled with learning and open conversations that bring people together and remind us of the impact good leadership has on people, teams and the business,” says Carrie-Anne Lindsay, Programme Lead.

Learning, Connection and Culture

Over the course of the programme, participants explore topics around personal, people and business leadership, from motivation and communication to finance, sustainability and ethics. Sessions are led by Polygon Group leaders including CEO Robin Petersen, CFO Åsa Källenius, CTO Nina Junehed, Group Head of Strategy Caroline Finslo, Group ESG Controller Emma Sperrle, and Group General Counsel Ola Hanson, who each share their knowledge and perspectives on leadership and the future of the company.

Beyond the content, Champions Camp is about connection, creating a community of leaders who support each other, share ideas and contribute to the continued growth of Polygon’s culture.

Investing in Our People

Champions Camp reflects Polygon’s long-standing commitment to continuous learning and leadership development. It’s more than a programme; it’s an investment in people who make a difference every day and in the culture that connects us across the globe.
